With locations in Parker near Lone Tree and Denver, Associated Eyecare has been serving the vision needs of our patients for over 19 years. The doctors at Associated Eyecare, Dr. Nate Pecha, Dr. Doug Pethe, and Dr. Karlee Seawell are experienced in a wide spectrum of eye care needs. Whether it be routine eye exams, Diabetic eye exams, contact lens exams, LASIK, PRK, Cataracts, Glaucoma, Dry Eye or any other eye related injury or disease, you are in the best hands.
We proudly offer sophisticated technology, such as our Optos Retinal Camera. With this technology our patients have the ability to get an Optomap image of their retina. This gives our doctors a 200-degree view of the back of the eye. Our doctors are equipped to detect signs of Glaucoma, Macular Degeneration, Diabetic Retinopathy, Retinal Holes and many other diseases. Early detection is key in eye diseases and will provide our patients with more treatment options.
In addition to our Optos Retinal Camera, we also have advanced diagnostic capabilities in OCT’s, Pentacams, Cataract measurements, and Dry Eye Syndrome treatments. We offer treatments to fit every patient’s lifestyle and needs.

Nate Pecha, OD
Nate Pecha started his full-time college education at 16 years old and earned an associate degree and then pursued his undergraduate degree in Biology from Illinois State University. He received his Doctorate from Illinois College of Optometry. Dr. Pecha moved from Illinois to Colorado after completing an intensive local internship program.
Dr. Pecha joined Associated Eyecare providing routine exams, disease management, and specialty lens fittings. He is constantly eager to learn new technologies emerging in the field. Dr. Pecha is an adjunct professor for doctorate students at Illinois College of Optometry. When he is not practicing eye care, Dr. Pecha enjoys trying new restaurants, exploring outdoors, and live music. He loves to travel and has visited many countries around the globe. |
Douglas Pethe, OD
Karlee Seawell, O.D.
Dr. Karlee Seawell graduated from the University of St Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota with her bachelor’s degree in biology. She worked as an optometric technician while she continued her education, ultimately earning her Doctorate from Illinois College of Optometry. Dr. Seawell did one of her rotations with Associated and fell in love with Colorado and all the state has to offer.
Dr. Seawell provides routine eye exams, contact lens exams, diabetic eye exams, cataract evaluations, and recent eye disorders care. She enjoys caring for pediatrics, geriatrics, and low vision patients and looks forward to providing more myopia management and care for people of all ages.
After hours, Dr. Seawell enjoys reading, baking, and learning to golf. She hopes
to continue to explore her new home state.
