With locations in Parker near Lone Tree and Denver, Associated Eyecare has been serving the vision needs of our patients for over 19 years. The doctors at Associated Eyecare, Dr. Nate Pecha and Dr. Doug Pethe are experienced in a wide spectrum of eye care needs. Whether it be routine eye exams, Diabetic eye exams, contact lens exams, LASIK, PRK, Cataracts, Glaucoma, Dry Eye or any other eye related injury or disease, you are in the best hands.
We proudly offer sophisticated technology, such as our Optos Retinal Camera. With this technology our patients have the ability to get an Optomap image of their retina. This gives our doctors a 200-degree view of the back of the eye. Our doctors are equipped to detect signs of Glaucoma, Macular Degeneration, Diabetic Retinopathy, Retinal Holes and many other diseases. Early detection is key in eye diseases and will provide our patients with more treatment options.
In addition to our Optos Retinal Camera, we also have advanced diagnostic capabilities in OCT’s, Pentacams, Cataract measurements, and Dry Eye Syndrome treatments. We offer treatments to fit every patient’s lifestyle and needs.

Nate Pecha, OD
|
Nate Pecha started his full-time college education at 16 years old and earned an associate degree and then pursued his undergraduate degree in Biology from Illinois State University. He received his Doctorate from Illinois College of Optometry. Dr. Pecha moved from Illinois to Colorado after completing an intensive local internship program.
Dr. Pecha joined Associated Eyecare providing routine exams, disease management, and specialty lens fittings. He is constantly eager to learn new technologies emerging in the field. Dr. Pecha is an adjunct professor for doctorate students at Illinois College of Optometry. When he is not practicing eye care, Dr. Pecha enjoys trying new restaurants, exploring outdoors, and live music. He loves to travel and has visited many countries around the globe. |
Douglas Pethe, OD

Dr. Pethe is a Colorado native who currently lives in Highlands Ranch with his wife and four children. He completed his undergraduate training at Colorado State University in Fort Collins. Dr. Pethe graduated Optometry school in 2005 from Pacific University College of Optometry in Oregon. Upon graduation from Optometry school, Dr. Pethe has been practicing in Colorado serving the Denver metro area. As an adjunct Clinical professor at Pacific, Dr. Pethe served as clinical externship director overseeing optometric interns. Dr. Pethe has taken a strong interest in new advancements in eye care and embraces the newest technology when caring for his patients.
Dr. Pethe is here to meet all your vision care needs! Dr. Pethe’s vision services include primary eye care exams for glasses and contacts, general eye health exams, complex medical eye exams, and surgical co-management for cataracts and LASIK. Dr. Pethe is available to provide complete eye care for your entire family. Dr. Pethe values the opportunity to provide personalized eye care to his local community. Dr. Pethe spends most of his time away from the office with his family at their kids many sports and activities. Dr. Pethe enjoys many of the fine offerings Colorado has to offer such as skiing, golfing, and outdoor recreation. |
